On April 30, 2025, the third HR4People Forum was held in Almaty - one of the most anticipated events of spring for the HR community of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Russia. This is an international platform where experts, practitioners and enthusiasts from different fields meet to discuss the most pressing issues and find new solutions for everyday and strategic tasks in HR.
The third forum brought together all the most important: new approaches to personnel management, the development of corporate culture, the introduction of AI in HR practices and process automation. The topics were distributed over several tracks: HR services, corporate culture and HR technologies - thus, each participant was able to find what was close to him.

They not only listened and shared knowledge, but also discussed strategic topics with representatives of the largest companies in Kazakhstan: how to preserve the mental and emotional well-being of employees, what is real care for a person in a company, and how to integrate a wellbeing approach into a common HR strategy.
Particular attention at the Forum was paid to the role of artificial intelligence in HR. Technology is rapidly changing the approach to recruiting, training, evaluating personnel, and participants shared their findings, doubts and the first results from the introduction of AI into everyday practice.

It is important to note that the HR4People Forum is not just a conference, but a warm, caring community. Here everything is based on open dialogue, respect for experience and the desire to change. Without unnecessary formalism and pathos, but with great attention to meaning, people and the future of the profession.
The team thanks the organizers for inviting and creating such a comfortable and productive atmosphere. We are sure that participation in the Forum inspired many HR professionals to take new steps and ideas. We are excited to be part of this movement forward - along with those who make HR more human, technological and meaningful.
